Parco Casarico is the innovative residence in Sorengo, ten minutes from the center of Lugano, where personal well-being is combined with nature. The design thinking of Parco Casarico is projected towards the future. It looks at the needs of those who are looking for something more than a physical place in their home, those who are aware that the quality of life is mainly the quality of daily living.
Easy Life: home laundry, apartment cleaning, babysitting, dog sitting, grocery delivery, catering.
Health and Wellness: a specialized consultant, located within the residence, directs each individual condominium, choosing between home care, medical consultation, personal training, gym, diagnostics and hospitalization, medical massages, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation.
Seniority Care: the program designed to make the most of the golden years. Caregiver services, podiatry sessions, help with household finances, and more.
In this context, Galli Sicurezza designed and installed access systems for homes and common areas, equipped with latest generation cylinders. But not only that. It interpreted this new concept of the Parco Casarico home, creating a computer, tablet, and smartphone App - accessible only to condominium residents - with which it is possible to choose, book, and manage all available services, or in case of an emergency, activate a request for intervention to the H24 Satel Control central station of Gruppo Sicurezza. An important added value that completes a new idea of home, a step towards the future of housing: not only a safe place, a prerequisite for a peaceful life, but also a place of the heart, where simple answers can be found for the many needs of modern life.
